UPEI struck early in the second with a goal from Reggie Traccitto making it 2-2.  Moncton would regain the lead and add a second to lead 4-3 after 40 minutes of play. The Panthers were not ready to lie down and notched a third goal from Matt Boyle who scored from the blue line than Matt Carter earned the equalizer at 6:32 of the third.  The tie would be very short lived as Kevin Charland of UdeM netted what would be the winning goal only 29 seconds after the Panthers had worked to tie the game.  The Aigles added one more with 40 second left to finish 6-4.

The Panthers finish regular season play Friday night at MacLauchlan Arena against UNB and than Saturday in Summerside they host St. Thomas as part of Hockey Day in Canada.
