Panthers defeat Acadia in open game of Rod Shoveller Memorial basketball tourney on Thursday at Dalplex

UPEI got up 25-10 on Acadia in the first quarter, led by 17 at the half and 21 after three quarters and finished 78-64.

Manock Lual had 23, Jonathan Cooper 17, Donathan Moss 13 and Terrence Brown 10 for the Panthers.

The Panthers play St.FX, Friday 6:00 pm in the semi final of the tournament.
