All UPEI Basketball alumni are invited to attend, and participate, in special ceremony to introduce new recognition program to honour former student-athletes, coaches and builders who have a contributed significantly to the storied history of basketball at UPEI. The Panther Basketball hosts MUN for a 6:00/8:00 pm double header.
To begin, UPEI Panther Basketball is honoured to re-recognize Andy Packard for his tremendous accomplishments from 1971-1974.
All basketball alumni admitted free, and there will be a reception area in the Sports Centre upper lobby with cash bar/snacks.
It is UPEI Student Night in partnership with Student Services
ONE UPEI Studnet will win a $300 Gift Certificate from the UPEI Bookstore during the
Panthers basketball games at 6 pm & 8 pm
UPEI students only can fill out a ballot to win
During each 1/4 and the women’s 1/2 time, 2 UPEI Students will compete head to head to see who can score the most foul shots in 30 seconds. The 4 winners will each win a $50 GC from the UPEI Bookstore and half time of the men’s game 1 of the 4 studnets will win a $300 Gift Certificate.
