Final: 91-85 L

It came down to the wire, as the Panthers just missed a chance to upset the nation's third ranked X-Men in Antigonish on Sunday falling 91-85.

UPEI was leading 40-38 at the half with the teams tied at 65 going into the fourth quarter.
Coach Matthew Davies was impressed with the play of his Panthers against ST FX.
"The guys played their most complete game of the year, as the effort was finally at the level we need to be at to be successful. Lual and Fennell had great games and LeBlanc gave us a huge spark in the 2nd half. We'll use this game as a stepping stone toward two wins versus SMU next weekend."
Manock Lual scored a game high 27, grabbing 6 rebounds and dishing out 5 assists in the game.  Matt Fennell added 22, while freshman Terrence Brown and Calvin LeBlanc scored 12 each.
Christian Upshaw led X with 25, Alberto Rodriguez scored 16 and Terrence Taylor 15.
