Panthers earn big win over Sea Hawks

The Panthers came back from 12 down to spread the lead by as much as 25 in the second half, finishing the game with a 91-70 win. UPEI scored 55 second half points and shot 56% from the field, as point guard Nick Toews pushed the tempo and capitalized on MUN's 19 turnovers. The Panthers' zone defense held MUN to only 28 points in the second frame; MUN was led by Jason Shepherd with 22 points.
