TORONTO (CIS) – Fourth-year midfielder Erica Basso scored the game-winning goal in the 56th minute as the University of Toronto Varsity Blues defeated the UPEI Panthers 2-0 in the consolation final at the CIS women’s soccer championship at Varsity Centre.

Men's Soccer

LANGLEY, B.C. (CIS) – The Victoria Vikes tied a tournament record for most goals in a game as they outscored the UPEI Panthers 6-2 in the first consolation match of the CIS men’s soccer championship at Trinity Western University, Friday afternoon.

Women's Soccer

The UPEI Panthers got their revenge over SFX today at the CIS Championship held in Toronto this weekend.  In the first of two consolation semifinals UPEI defeated SFX 1-0 to advance to tomorrows consolation final.
