UPEI Women’s Hockey won their first Subway AUS Championship in school history on Sunday and the main reason was due to great goal tending by the tournamet MVP, Kristy Dobson.  For her efforts she is this week’s UPEI Wave Female Athlete of the week. She earned the shut out in the final game and on Saturday against the CIS #4 ranked St.FX she had 33 saves with 14 in the third period to hold a 2-1 lead.  Dobson is a third year Business Administration student from Bathurst, New Brunswick.
