Small Group Training

NEW Small Group Training programs starting March 2018
Small group training offers training sessions with a focus on individual progression and skill development.
Sessions can be offered one or two times per week, and will include a small group of six clients who will work together with a certified personal trainer. Join a group or create your own! Our personal trainers can train at all levels and guide/push you to achieve positive results!
Small Group Training (12 sessions at set times/group, pre-registration is required!)
Fee: Sports Centre members $129 + hst; non-members $139 + hst
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:30–6:15 pm (March 6–April 12) with personal trainer Richard Lush - FULL
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays 6:30–7:15 pm (March 27–May 4) with personal trainer Richard Lush
  • Mondays/Wednesdays 12:10–12:50 pm (May 14–June 25) with personal trainer Bernadette Currie
